I have had a lot of people ask me recently if there is a way to get a good deal on vegetables. My family uses the bountiful bakets co-op to get all of our fruits and veggies. Each basket contains about 6 fruits and 6 veggies and the cost is $15.00. (There is also a $1.50 handling fee each time and a $3.00 charge for your first time). You can also upgrade your basket to 100% organic for an additional $10.00. For those living in Utah you must order your basket on Mondays @ 10:00 am. You will then pick up your basket the following Saturday. You also need to provide your own way to transport your fruits and veggies home, I use my laundry basket. We also like their 9 grain bread (even though it isn't a GREAT deal).
